Q: I’ve already uploaded my statutory documents to an estate agency’s website, can I upload on The Moving Room as well?

A: It depends on the stage you’re at with the Estate Agency Site – if you are already getting offers or putting offers in, you can’t be starting the same process again with The Moving Room – it would be very confusing.

But if you have been the victim of a broken chain and don’t have any new transaction processes happening – you can leave that Agency process and join The Moving Room.

Q: In My Team do I have to use recommendations from The Moving Room?

A: You are free to use whichever mortgage lender, broker, conveyancing solicitor and surveyors you want - but if you don't have any or all of them in place, the recommendations on The Moving Room have all been pre-vetted as properly qualified providers and most of them we already have experience of working with. Please note: Your Mortgage provider will normally arrange valuations and structural surveys if needed.
